Glenwood Plaza provides event management services including planning, coordination, design, vendor management, and day-of production. The specific scope of services for each event is defined in a written agreement between Glenwood Plaza and the client.

2. Quotes and Payments

Package prices shown on this website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on event size, date, venue, and selected services, and is confirmed in a written quote.

A deposit is required to secure your event date. Payment schedules and accepted payment methods are detailed in your event agreement.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees or forfeited deposits, are set out in your event agreement. We will always work with you in good faith to find a fair solution.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, timely decisions, and access to venues as needed. Delays caused by missing information may affect the event timeline.

5. Third-Party Vendors

We may recommend or coordinate third-party vendors (venues, caterers, entertainers). While we select vendors carefully, each vendor's services are governed by their own contract with you.

6. Limitation of Liability

Glenwood Plaza is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, vendor failures, or venue issues. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

7. Changes to These Terms
